POLS 4321 American Constitutional Law

An examination of the development of American constitutional law through Supreme Court interpretation. Emphasis is given to the Court's role in determining how the government functions under the Constitution, i.e., judicial review, the powers of congress and the presidency, federalism, the taxing power, and the commerce power.
