ENGR 4398 Directed Engineering Practice Project

Directed design and development project emanates from industry and is carried out under the mentorship of a faculty member having industrial experience. The project must have a strong design or engineering evaluation component that requires engineering decisions relevant to the project. A technical report of the results of the project is required at the conclusion of the course. May be repeated for credit. A maximum of 6 credit hours may be applied to an undergraduate engineering degree with the consent of the student's department.
