POLS 4322 The Law of Civil Liberties

An examination of how the Supreme Court has interpreted the Bill of Rights and subsequent amendments. The course explores the development of due process and the Court's various approaches to conflicts over the constitutional guarantees of freedom of press, expression, religion, equal protection, civil rights and privacy.
