Doctoral Program
The School of Nursing offers two doctorates that focuses on health care in communities within the context of culture. The programs, built on a strengths model, are offered in an online format and provides advanced education to prepare nurse researchers, advanced clinicians, and educators for the future. The Doctor of Nursing Practice (D.N.P.) degree is a practice doctorate while the Doctor of Philosophy Degree (Ph.D.) in Nursing is a research degree.
