Human Resource Development Minor

Degree Requirements

The student must complete 18 upper-division semester hours as follows:

HRD 3301Introduction to HRD and Performance Management Systems
HRD 3312Training, Selection and Recruiting
HRD 3333Human Relations
or
MANA 3311Fundamentals of Management

Two courses (6 semester hours) from the following:

HRD 3342Career Development and Human Resource Planning
MANA 4335Labor Relations
