This course will cover the pathophysiology, biochemistry, medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, pharmacotherapy and management of rheumatological and neurological disorders. Specific disease states addressed include pain, arthritis, stroke, seizure disorders, Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease.
