PHAR 7605 Integrated Pharmacy 5

This course introduces new basic science, social/behavioral, and clinical concepts while expanding on previously learned principles. The focus of this course surrounds scientific and therapeutic aspects of the renal system and common diseases affecting that system. Development of patient-specific therapeutic plans using prescription, non-pharmacological, and complementary modalities will be learned. Ultimately, students will be provided with the knowledge-base and clinical skills necessary to provide pharmaceutical care to patients with renal disorders.
