POLS 3300 United States Constitutional Development

With an emphasis on the principles of judicial review, constitutionalism, and republicanism, the course analyzes the impact the Supreme Court plays in the political system. Through an examination of judicial precedent, students will analyze the extent to which the judiciary can be a catalyst for constitutional, social, and political change.
