UNIV 3335 Leadership Principles

An introductory course investigating effective leadership. Leadership will be studied by first examining the theoretical underpinnings of leadership, more specifically, how leadership is defined, and what general principals do effective leaders share. Additionally, students will examine practical examples of leadership throughout history, and will be able to define and categorize their leadership styles based on present day theory.
