HRD 6377 Leadership Theory and Practice

This course focuses on exploring and examining the contemporary leadership phenomenon from both theoretical and practical perspectives, particularly in terms of shaping and skilling mechanisms in the field of human resource development (HRD). Emphasis will be placed on leadership concepts and research approaches and component approach to conceptualizing and practicing effective leadership.
