PHAR 7248 Pharmacy Practice Skills Laboratory – 8

This course is designed to teach skills for patient communication on diabetes mellitus and pregnancy, ovulation and contraceptives, including interviewing, assessment and counseling skills.  Additional topics include select areas of pharmacoeconomics, pharmacoepidemiology, biostatistics, and clinical reasoning. These skills will be expanded upon throughout the pharmacy curriculum.
